Believe In Miracles Charity Doing it Again!
Written by RamonaTownRadio on December 7, 2016
Last year Ramona Town Radio got to know Alexavia Zetterberg and learned about her charity Believe In Miracles Charity. Alexavia is a wonderful young lady who came up with this charity to help those in need, especially around this time of year; Christmas.
Believe In Miracles Charity takes monetary, and toy donations to provide for those in need who otherwise may not have a Christmas. According to their website…
Believe in Miracles was founded in 2010 to help the local people in Ramona that could not afford a good Christmas due to lack of employment or struggling with disabilities. The first year we found local talent and held a small talent show and silent auction at the R.O.C.C., though this turned out good, we wanted to get the community to hear about us a lot more so the next year we teamed up with the Ramona Chamber of Commerce and held our talent show and the silent auction at the Christmas tree lighting held in Ramona. This ended up being a great success and we have continued this every year. We have been able to help more than double the amount of families from the very first year we started. Our goal is to be able to to help the people not only at Christmas time but through out the year when people are in need.
This year Believe In Miracles Charity is having another talent show at Ramona Town Hall on December 18th 2016. This event is FREE, all they ask is that you bring an unwrapped gift or donation. Last year RTR In The Mornings host Gail Edwards went and said it was an absolute BLAST!
Show some support to Believe In Miracles Charity and pass the word around about this great talent show. Hopefully, we will see you there!
